Pea Jubilee (previously Ambassador) is a semi-leafless type pea with dark green blunt pods that have a good tolerance to bad weather. This variety also has an excellent resistance to powdery mildew and fusarium wilt and will produce up to 7 or 9 peas per pod. The plant itself will reach a height of about 75cm.

Peas mature quickly, so check daily once you see the flowers in bloom. Keep your peas well picked to encourage more pods to develop.

Peas and green beans like cooler temperatures. They need some sun (about four to five hours per day) to produce flowers and pods, but they tend to fade out as the temperature warms. Planting them in a cool shady spot will lengthen your growing season.
