Description
Latin Name – Brassica oleracea Gongylodes
Sowing Instructions – Sow February-June in drills 38cm (15″) apart, thinning out to 10cm (4″) apart. Can also be sown early in trays in a greenhouse and transplanted after the last frosts. Early sowings may benefit from cloche protection.
Hints and Tips – Ideal for beds and borders. Prefers full sun. Keep plants consistently moist as the root forms and remove lower leaves to make the root swell.
