Cress Cresso is a salad vegetable for the window sill or garden. Indoors can be sown in compost in small punnets, on soaked tissue paper or on a saucer being kept wet at all times, do not pre-soak seeds.

Description

Latin Name – Lepidium sativum

Sowing Instructions – Great for growing on the windowsill on kitchen paper in small glasses, kids love it. Alternatively, sow Cress Cresso seed ¼ inch deep; sow seed thickly in wide rows; thin successful seedlings to 6 inches apart. Space rows 18 to 24 inches apart. Sow successive crops every 10 to 14 days.

Hints and Tips – Plant a small crop every week to keep it coming.
