Flowers & Herb Drying Rack with Rope

One of the first methods that was used to enjoy flowers and herbs for longer, was the drying technique.

Many plants retain their shape, colour, aroma and taste when air dried naturally. Dry picked flowers and herbs by tying them up with the rope. Also a great way to display them in your kitchen.

Probably the simplest method, with reliable results. Simply combine your flowers into small bunches, removing all foliage from the main stems, tie the base of the stems with a length of string and hang the flowers upside down for 2 weeks.
