Latin NameLepidium sativum

Sowing Instructions – Great for growing on the windowsill on kitchen paper in small glasses, kids love it. Alternatively, sow Cress Cresso seed ¼ inch deep; sow seed thickly in wide rows; thin successful seedlings to 6 inches apart. Space rows 18 to 24 inches apart. Sow successive crops every 10 to 14 days. The most fun way to grow these is in the shell of a finshed boiled egg, enjoy the egg for breakfast, then fill with damp kitchen towel and sprinkle with seeds….and watch the cress hair grow.

Hints and Tips – Plant a small crop every week to keep it coming.

Number of seeds – Approx 750
